It's so natural to get frustrated, upset, and angry when things don't go the way we planned. But God calls us - in the book of James - to view life differently than most people. James lets us know that when trial come, we should actually look at the situation as a gift from God. Because it is. It's making us stronger. It's forcing us to lean on the Lord for His strength instead of just relying on ourselves.
Life's challenges give us the opportunity to gain Spiritual muscle. Let's be resilient. Let's actually view these irritating, seemingly "unnecessary" situations as good gifts sent from God to make us more like Him.
No matter what happens, we will face these challenges with the knowledge that our God has already worked everything out. He's already won the victory, and because of that, we can walk through our days as victors - with resilience.
